Returns & refunds

• 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Unused equipment in the original crate: full refund, no restocking fee.
• Used equipment in resalable condition: refund less a 15% restocking fee.
• Wear items (carbide teeth, belts, seals) are returnable only if unopened.

Email support@ironearthdepot.shop or call (800) 555-0142 with your order number and the reason for the return. We issue an RMA number and return instructions within one business day. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed.

• Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items: we pay return freight and send a prepaid label or arrange carrier pickup.
• Change-of-mind returns: return freight is the buyer's responsibility, typically $120–$250 by LTL depending on distance. We can arrange the pickup at our discounted rate and deduct it from the refund.
• The machine must be re-crated and strapped to a pallet so the carrier accepts it.

Once the return arrives and passes inspection (1–3 business days), we issue the refund to the original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. Original freight charges are refunded when the return is caused by our error or a defect. You receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is issued.

Ordered the wrong machine or the wrong PTO spline? We will exchange it inside the 30-day window. Price differences are charged or refunded at the original purchase price.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the crate leaves our dock — usually within 1 business day. After the freight carrier picks up the order, standard return terms apply.

Every machine carries a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on the frame, gearbox, driveline and bearings. Wear parts, abuse, modification and normal cosmetic wear are excluded. Send photos and your order number to support@ironearthdepot.shop; approved warranty parts ship free within the U.S. The warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
