Shipping & delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately before the order is released. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses, and we currently do not ship internationally.

• Handling time: 1 business day after payment is authorized (business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• Transit time: 3–7 business days for the contiguous United States.
• Total delivery estimate: 4–8 business days from order to curbside.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

• Freight is included at no charge on every order over $500.
• Wear parts and teeth orders under $500 ship via ground carrier at a flat $12.95.
• Residential and limited-access delivery, lift-gate service and inside delivery are included at no extra charge — no broker or accessorial fees are added after checkout.
• Any Alaska or Hawaii surcharge is quoted and approved by you in writing before we charge it.

You receive an order confirmation immediately and a freight tracking number by email as soon as the crate leaves the dock. The carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery appointment window. Please make sure a reachable phone number is on the order.

• Curbside delivery: the driver brings the crate to the end of your driveway on a lift-gate truck. You do not need a forklift.
• Machines weigh 450–700 lbs crated. Plan for a tractor, loader or two people to move the crate after drop-off.
• Inspect the crate before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it.
• If the crate is severely damaged, refuse the shipment and call us — we ship a replacement at no cost.

Report concealed freight damage or missing parts within 5 business days of delivery at support@ironearthdepot.shop with photos of the crate, packaging and machine. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and ship replacement parts or a replacement machine at no cost to you. Lost shipments are traced with the carrier and re-shipped or refunded in full.
