• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax.
• Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Prices, promotions and compare-at reference prices can change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• We correct pricing or specification errors and will contact you for approval before charging a corrected amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is captured when the order is placed. Card data is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor over an encrypted connection.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud-screening or delivery-access reasons and will refund you in full if we do.

Specifications, weights and horsepower ranges are provided by the manufacturer and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Photography is representative; running gear, hardware and paint finish can vary slightly between production runs. Contact us before ordering if fitment to your carrier is critical.

Stump grinders and chippers are dangerous machines. You are responsible for reading the included manual, wearing eye and hearing protection, keeping bystanders clear, verifying PTO speed and driveline length, and complying with local regulations. Never operate a machine with guards removed.

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms, including the 30-day return window and the 1-year limited machine warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, IronEarth Depot LLC's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost work or rental costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
